🔁 Right of Withdrawal 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal lapses if the course or training has commenced before the withdrawal period expires. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the statutory withdrawal form or send an email to [email protected].

📝 Examinations and Tests

Registration is binding after the registration deadline, which is two weeks prior to the examination or test date. In the event of documented illness, the examination or test may be postponed.

📅 Course Start and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel courses, postpone course start dates, or make changes where necessary, including in cases of insufficient enrolment. You will receive confirmation 3–7 days prior to course commencement.

🛠️ Errors and Adjustments

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to make changes to course content, prices, and instructors.

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The order confirmation you receive forms an integral part of the agreement.

💳 Payment and Prices

Courses must be paid for at the time of registration.

Application-based courses are subject to a separate registration fee, which is non-refundable.

Payment may be made by card or invoice, or covered by an employer or NAV. It is your responsibility to ensure such arrangements are clarified in advance.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Personal information is not shared with third parties.
